Welcome to the City of St. Charles Customer Service Request System (CSR)

This online, electronic service provides a way for citizens to forward questions and requests for service to City staff 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

*** Emergency requests must be called in to 911 (443-3681 for electric, water and sewer emergencies) for an immediate response. ***

Citizens who submit a customer service request (CSR) using this system should expect to receive a response from City staff by the next business day. You may also track the status of your request . When a CSR is entered, you will be given a personal code number which can be used to review and track the status of your request.
